A tall, airy focaccia made to order. Our 6-inch Round Bubbly Focaccia is made from 250 g of highly hydrated dough and bakes to approximately 2 inches high, with a light open crumb and golden crust. We make it with Italian wheat flour and extra virgin olive oil from our family farm.
