WHY ITALOIL

Italian Roots. Made to Be Shared.

ITALOIL grew from Paolo's life around olive groves and his work as a chef. After training at a pizza school in Rome and a baking school in Parma, he now works full-time as the chef at SERA, where ITALOIL is used. ITALOIL brings small batches to the U.S. for home cooks, friends, and people who care about the ingredients on their table. Shop 500ml for everyday cooking, 250ml for smaller kitchens and food gifts, or 100ml for tasting and compact gifting. Current bottles are from the October-November 2025 harvest.
