Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be longer. We will notify you if there are significant delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Issues and Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery status is managed by the carrier.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 3‑day return policy. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14‑Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
