If you love discovering great food in the heart of the community, make sure to visit our sister company Sera, a Roman‑inspired Italian pizza pop‑up created by Paolo and Aly. Sera brings a fresh take on Roman pinsa to Chicago, using local and seasonal ingredients and finishing almost every dish with ITALOIL from Paolo’s family farm. You can find them at some of the city’s favorite farmers markets, where you can enjoy their incredible handmade pizzas and pick up ITALOIL bottles at the same time.
