Our 100ml ITALOIL extra virgin olive oil is born in Capodimonte, a small lakeside town surrounded by ancient olive groves and volcanic soil. This compact bottle carries the warmth of the Italian countryside, the scent of sunlit hills, and the honest flavor of olives grown near the shores of Lake Bolsena.

Each year, we are among the first producers to complete our harvest. Within approximately 30 days, the new oil arrives in Chicago, making ITALOIL one of the first available fresh harvest oils in the U.S. market each January.
